Dear Professors:
It is my pleasure to write this letter on behalf of Ms. Chen-Chien Huang who has applied for a graduate student in your department. As a tutor for her class of the first year, I have known Chen-Chien for about four years. Since then, I have been working with her schoolwork off and on until she completed a bachelor in June of 2010.
After Chen-Chien took some courses from mine. Designing of www system (I), Designing of www system (II), Basic Computer Concept, Access Database, I became acquainted with her. Concerning her strengths, what stood out the most when I compared Chen-Chien with her classmates were her analytical strengths. She had strong motivation in learning new things, and had a superb ability in grasping the material. Her academic performance was outstanding in my class. She is creative and systemic, as reflected in her assignments. During class, Chen-Chien was an enthusiastic and diligent student, contributing to class discussion by posing intelligent questions and offering answers to questions. Through this process, she gained mastery of these courses and attained high grades as a result.
In my opinion, Chen-Chien is not only a student who has a very good grasp of the area but also a very hard working, reliable individual. Therefore, I would like to recommend her to you very strongly. If I can be of further help, please let me know.
